Kipper Really is Number One

Miikka Kiprusoff was ranked number one by The Hockey News in their newly released edition of the Top 50 NHL Hockey players.
More great news for Calgary Flames fans include, their now skinnier captain, Iginla who was ranked at number seven on the list.
Wait, there is even more good news for Flames fans. Calgary Defencemen Dion Phaneuf and Robyn Regehr were ranked number 32 and 44 respectively.
Sadly, former Oiler Chris Pronger was ranked second behind Kiprusoff, but Ryan Smyth did come in at number 33.

While this list isn’t exactly in perfect order, there is little argument that the Top 50 players are on the list somewhere!
