In today’s version of NHL Digest’s “Links Around the Rink”, we are sending out some link love to the hockey blogging community!
I don’t know if anything this season can top Alex Ovechkin’s Hole in one video, but here are a few candidates:
On Frozen Pond covers the Washington Capitals and Olaf Kolzig’s loyalty on the site for “The Hockey Malnourished”.
The boys over at Battle of Alberta have got themselves the coolest of all website gadgets; the Battle of Alberta Widget. You gotta check this out!
Alanah at Canucks OPED set up a nice hockey pool, hopefully you didn’t miss getting in on it. I’m in it and you can view my squad here, the team name is NHL Digest of course.
Behind The Jersey lets us in on a little autograph signing that will be going on with Niklas Kronwall at the Goalie’s Den in Troy, Michigan. If you’re in the area on October 29th check it out from 2:00-4:00 PM.
Legends of Hockey showcases Rod Langway, what a beauty he was!
Not quite as good as my man Borje Salming, from an NHL Digest post earlier this week.
Wicked Bruins fan captured some great practice photos of the Boston Bruins.
The Habs Blog has an uncommon problem; trying to decide who should be the Canadiens number one goalie!
Hound Central 2.0 is making his own hockey cards and getting them signed. He says there is no issue with copyright infringement.
Hockey Dirt rounds up the links with a discussion on the NHL’s most futile franchises.
Enjoy the links and be sure to surf around the hockey blogosphere. This is only a taste of what hockey fans have to offer!
Cheers
