Round and Round The Milbury Bush

If you think that you have made some bonehead decisions at your job over the past 5-10 years, take a look at what Mike Milbury did with the New York Islanders prior to Garth Snow taking over.

Milbury proceeded to trade away the following players:

Roberto Luongo
Todd Bertuzzi
Bryan McCabe
Wade Redden

The Islanders got two broken sticks and a used puck bag in return.

He also managed to give a Alexi Yashin, who recorded a mere 66 points last season, a contract worth a whopping $90 Million over 10 years.

Now; the Islanders are starting to come into their own this season, as they fight for first in the division.  However, Rick DiPietro still hasn’t earned his 15 year $67.5 Million payday yet.  Not to mention, they still have the worst website roster page in the league.
