Shanahan Talks Special Teams

This video clip shows Brendadn Shanahan talking about the importance of special teams play, especially in the playoffs.  He attributes the Rangers’ Game One loss to the Sabres to special teams play.

This observation is highlighted by the fact that the team that scored more power play goals won more than 70% of the games during the regular season.
